During my 5 years at Mamaya Health, I began as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Team Lead, providing individual telehealth therapy and supervising a team of clinicians. I supported clients, while overseeing case reviews, treatment planning, and ethical compliance. I also ran bi-weekly reports and participated in leadership meetings to align clinical standards with organizational goals.


As the company expanded, I transitioned into the Digital Experience Specialistrole, helping lead the modernization of Mamaya’s digital systems during a period of rapid growth. Working closely with the marketing and leadership teams, I managed the full migration from Squarespace to a custom-built, responsive WordPress site—enhancing UI/UX, SEO, and accessibility to reflect the company’s mission of compassionate, inclusive care.


  • Web Migration & Redesign: Led design and development of the new WordPress site, improving load speed, accessibility (WCAG), and navigation for both clients and clinicians.
  • Accessibility & Compliance: Ensured all digital content met HIPAAand accessibility standards, collaborating with leadership to develop best practices for secure online interactions.
  • Technology Training: Designed and delivered organization-wide trainings on emerging technologies, including Blueprint AI (measurement-based care), helping 85% of clinicians adopt the platform within six months.
  • Digital Systems & Support: Served as the internal point of contact for technical troubleshooting—managing EHR workflows, secure communications, and digital form integrations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered with marketing and operations to analyze web metrics (via Google Analytics), optimize engagement, and streamline user journeys for growth at scale.

My contract concluded as Mamaya transitioned its marketing operations to a third-party agency, with the website launch completed and leadership expressing full satisfaction with the final product.
